The Opportunity:

• Permanent role
• Work location: East
• Work hours: Mon to Fri 8:30am - 6pm

Adecco is partnering with recognised organisation and they are looking for SOC Manager to join the Team! A great opportunity to work with the company who value growth opportunities, trainings and diversity.

Responsibilities:

• Lead multi-tenant MSSP SOC operations including internal corporate monitoring
• Oversee incident response, escalations and customer communications
• Define SOC operating model, architecture, KPIs, SLAs, and service quality metrics
• Drive SIEM/SOAR/EDR/XDR strategy, tooling roadmap and technology onboarding
• Manage resources, vendors, budgets and collaborate with sales/pre-sales on SOC requirements

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Min. 7 years of working experience in SOC environment
• Proven MSSP SOC leadership with strong stakeholder and customer management
• Expertise in cloud security monitoring (AWS/Azure/GCP), detection engineering and threat modeling
• Focus on automation and process optimization; CISSP/CISM certified preferred
