PERSOL APAC Hiring! Full Time Procurement Executive (Indirect) in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end PR-PO procurement processes: from purchase requests to issuing POs, supplier coordination, delivery tracking, invoice processing, and payment.
• Handle small-value procurement and tenders, supplier selection, contract negotiation, and price analysis.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies by guiding internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Monitor procurement KPIs and perform data analysis for performance reporting and improvement.
• Resolve day-to-day P2P (Procure-to-Pay) issues and drive continuous process improvements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in indirect procurement with a good understanding of procurement controls and best practices.
• Familiar with P2P systems like Ariba, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• High integrity and professionalism.
