Job Descriptions

• Assisting every guest with their luggage and belongings and maintains an orderly hotel driveway.
• Ensure that all luggage/items delivery are done in timely manner.
• Ensure seamless arrival and departure experience, that all arrivals are received with a warm welcome and fond farewell is provide for all departures.
• Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the bell desk.
• Arrange for any transportation request by guest.
• Build rapport with guests an ensure that they are satisfied with the overall service quality of the Hotel
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Department

Requirement

• N Levels
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the Hotel industry
