• Handle customer and agent enquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
• Coordinate carrier negotiations, bookings, and cargo logistics.
• Track sailing schedules and monitor cargo status.
• Arrange trucking, stuffing, and related operations.
• Prepare comprehensive shipping documents for export and import (FCL, LCL, cross-trade, air freight).
• Assist with BL, COO, cargo insurance, PM4, SI, MSDS, and other shipment paperwork.
• Liaise with carriers and clients to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Facilitate customs clearance and necessary permits.
• Issue pre-alert documents and invoices to customers promptly.
• Collaborate with accounts for carrier payments and verify vendor invoices.
• Report cargo issues and follow up for resolution.
• Support sales and operational activities as needed.
• Assist in job closure, billing, and documentation.
• Perform general administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
