Key Responsibilities

Design Coordination

• Review and coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, and shop drawings

• Coordination with BIM modelers in preparation and submission of Architectural shop drawings.

• Liaise with consultants, architects, and project teams to clarify design intent

Project Management Support

• Monitor architectural work progress and ensure adherence to project timelines
• Responsible for supervision and coordination of all architectural work and site management.
• Assist in the preparation of method statements, schedules, and technical reports
• Coordinate site inspections and ensure quality control of architectural works
• Site Inspection with RTO/Consultants.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate records of drawings, revisions, and approvals
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Support preparation of as-built drawings and handover documentation

Team Support & Leadership

• Prepares meeting minutes and conducts meetings for site coordination and progress.
• Attend coordination meetings and provide technical input
• Support value engineering and design optimization initiatives
• Responsible in Interior Design & Architectural Concept and ideas

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture
• Minimum 8 years and above of experience in construction projects, preferably in building works
• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction methods

Work Location: Central Region of Singapore
