We're hiring a leader to run our finance team and grow the function alongside the CFO not to just keep finance running, but to build what this company needs as it grows. You'll report directly to the CFO, work closely together day to day, and shape how finance shows up across the business.

You won't be starting from scratch. We already have strong squad leads who know their craft. What they need is a leader who sits between them and the CFO, someone who brings them together, challenges them, and grows the function. Finance here sits at the table, not behind it. What You'll Lead and Own

From day one, you'll lead the finance team — a group of capable squad leads — and own how the function runs and grows:

1. Financial Reporting: management and statutory reporting, group consolidation, and the annual audit — timely, clean, and decision-ready
2. Finance Operations: leading this together with your Head of Operations, keeping the engine running clean and efficient
3. Revenue Operations (RevOps): billing, collections, and revenue integrity
4. Financial Planning & Analysis: budgets, forecasts, and the story behind the variance
5. Treasury, Tax and Cash: banking relationships, cash flow management, and tax compliance alongside our advisers
6. Corporate Planning: strengthening the reporting and planning that guides the company's growth agenda and stakeholder engagement
7. Business Partnering: working alongside BU leads on targets, billing, numbers, and customer success metrics — and helping them hit them
8. Process and Automation: much of finance is still manual today, so you'll identify the drag and design it out
9. Leadership and Cadence: bringing the squad leads together as one team, setting the rhythm and controls a fast-growing company needs, and working directly with the C-suite and Board

What Success Looks Like in Your First 6–12 Months

1. You've earned the trust of the squad leads, and they're running as one team under your leadership
2. You're in a real business partnering rhythm with the BU leads, tied to their targets, billing, and customer success numbers
3. You've tightened how finance runs day to day, from month-end close to reporting cadence
4. You've mapped where finance is still manual and started designing the automation and controls to fix it.

What We're Looking For

1. 8–10 years in finance leadership or financial management, ideally in a fast-moving, high-growth environment; external audit exposure is a plus
2. A qualified accountant (ACCA / CPA / CA / MIA or equivalent) with a strong working knowledge of MFRS
3. Strong ownership — you run toward problems and close them
4. A genuinely personable communicator who holds their own with commercial, technical, and board audiences alike
5. A real passion for technology, AI, process improvement, and automation
6. Comfortable building in ambiguity and moving at pace.

Successful candidates will be required to work at Bangsar South area and may be required to travel as and whenever required.
