Job Description

Responsibilities

HubSpot Administration & Data Governance

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of the HubSpot platform, including system configuration, user access, roles, and permissions.
  • Establish and maintain CRM governance standards, including property management, naming conventions, lifecycle stage definitions, and data retention policies.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance requirements and maintain a structured, scalable CRM environment.
  • Configure and maintain system settings, workflows, and controls that support secure and efficient data management.


Data Integrity & Quality Management

  • Maintain high standards of data quality across contacts, companies, deals, and custom objects.
  • Conduct regular data hygiene activities, including duplicate identification and merging, record cleansing, validation checks, and database audits.
  • Monitor data health, identify inconsistencies or anomalies, and resolve data-related issues proactively.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot data synchronisation issues and integration-related errors.
  • Ensure accurate, complete, and reliable data is available for reporting, forecasting, and business decision-making.


Platform Optimisation & Automation

  • Design, develop, and optimise HubSpot workflows, automation, and lead management processes.
  • Implement and maintain lead scoring, lead routing, nurture programs, and customer lifecycle automation.
  • Build and maintain landing pages, forms, email templates, tracking links, and other HubSpot assets to support marketing initiatives.
  • Continuously review and improve existing automations to increase efficiency, reduce manual effort, and align with best practices.


Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Deliver actionable insights through data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor campaign, pipeline, and revenue performance against key business objectives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful dashboards and KPIs.


Technical Support & User Enablement

  • Serve as the primary HubSpot subject matter expert for internal users.
  • Provide timely support and troubleshooting for CRM, workflow, automation, and integration-related issues.
  • Collaborate with HubSpot support, vendors, and internal IT teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Develop and deliver user training, documentation, and best-practice guides to drive adoption and platform proficiency.


Platform Innovation & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Stay up to date with HubSpot product enhancements, emerging capabilities, and new features.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements that enhance automation, reporting, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and IT teams to align CRM processes with business objectives.
  • Support the ongoing evolution and scalability of the HubSpot ecosystem as business needs grow.


Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 2+ years’ hands-on experience administering and managing HubSpot CRM, including Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain HubSpot assets and automation, including workflows, lead nurturing, landing pages, email templates, forms, and tracking links aligned to marketing and sales processes.
  • Experience using HubSpot Operations Hub for data synchronization, enrichment, and automation; familiarity with HubSpot AI capabilities (e.g. Breeze AI) advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, inbound methodology, lead funnel management, and CRM best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in CRM data governance and data quality management, including lifecycle stages, property standards, naming conventions, and duplicate management.
  • Ability to design and maintain structured CRM frameworks ensuring data integrity and a single source of truth.
  • Experience supporting marketing campaign execution using HubSpot (e.g. email marketing, lead management, inbound campaigns).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with experience resolving CRM, workflow, and integration issues.
  • Experience integrating HubSpot with third-party systems (e.g. CMS, ERP, or marketing tools) and managing data flow between platforms.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, web analytics tools, or HTML/CSS for marketing asset customization is advantageous but not essential.
