We are seeking a talented individual for the position of:


Territory Manager


The position will report to the Head of Clinical Genomics:


  • Identify sales opportunities for the distribution of assigned products to sales channels, including private clinics, hospitals, other healthcare establishments, and/or retail channels, suitable for the product to achieve personal and team sales target.
  • Develop the opportunity in the early cancer screening services.
  • Hunt and develop leads for new sales opportunities while developing and growing sales potential for existing accounts.
  • Provide after-sales services to ensure a steady and growing sales volume.
  • Explore opportunities and recommend strategies for cross selling of products and services to clients.
  • Strategize, plan, and support product-related events and programmes to develop KOLs.
  • Maintain a consistent and positive company image.
  • Market research on competitor products, prices, and market success..


Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or above, in any of the following areas: molecular biology or biomedical science.
  • Tertiary Educated.
  • Preferably 2 years of experience in a relevant role in the medical sales industry.
  • Experience in KOL management.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong professional mindset in terms of managing relations and complaints.
  • Good sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient with standard software for sales presentation and development of any sales materials as necessary.
  • A driving license, and preferably possess a vehicle.
