Roles & Responsibilities
Deliver a warm, professional, and personalized service experience to every customer
Achieve sales targets through excellent customer engagement and product knowledge
Handle cashiering and assist in store operations, including stock management
Ensure the counter/boutique is well-maintained, clean, and presentable at all times
Work closely with your team to create a positive and supportive environment
Requirements
Passionate about retail and customer service
Friendly, confident, and well-groomed with good communication skills
Able to commit to retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
Willing to work at various store locations
Full-time hours: 42 hours per week (overtime when required)
