Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Nurse to join our fast-paced outpatient team. You will be the first point of contact for patient care, assisting physicians, managing daily clinical operations, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for all patients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and sanitize examination rooms and sterilize medical equipment to maintain hygiene compliance
• Maintain accurate and current patient records using the clinic’s Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system for efficient patient management
• Manage inventory by ordering medical supplies and ensuring all equipment is fully stocked and functional to support clinical operations
• Perform administrative duties including scheduling patient appointments, assisting with billing processes, and managing insurance claims to facilitate smooth clinic workflow
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients to provide supportive care and enhance patient experience
• Use clinic systems proficiently to support clinical and administrative tasks effectively

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a minimum Diploma in Nursing
• Possess an active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
• Maintain a valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Open to fresh graduates
