Job Summary

Support production operations by preparing materials, setting up and maintaining machines, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with engineering and supervisory teams to meet production targets while adhering to ISO and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials accurately for production use to ensure smooth workflow
• Check, record, and update machine-setting parameters to maintain optimal machine performance
• Set up machines and adjust settings to meet production requirements
• Perform preventive maintenance on all machines to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
• Start and shut down machines safely according to production schedules
• Troubleshoot process and yield issues during production to achieve target output
• Assist Process Engineer, Supervisor, and line leader with production tasks and problem resolution
• Follow ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and company safety rules and regulations to ensure compliance and workplace safety
