Job Description
Responsibilities
- Calculate total daily production quantity output and check balance quantity per plan order.
- Encode transfer note finished goods (FG) and work in process (WIP) to the MRP.
- Daily checking of the part inventory stock on the MRP.
- Record the quantity of incoming insert that will use in the production.
- Prepare percentage planning yielding weekly report and percentage production efficiency weekly report.
- Prepare report on daily rejection part and record in the non-conforming report.
- Coordinate with the planner regarding production plan of the production.
- Prepare material weekly inventory.
- Prepare label that will use in the production.
- Prepare overtime and leave form of the production personnel and submit to HR department.
- File production related document like part samples, sample approval form and injection molding parameter data to the filing cabinet.
- Withdraw production office supplies every week in the administration office.
