Job Description

Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Assistant to support both HR operations and office administration. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting employees, and maintaining efficient HR processes across the company.

Key Responsibilities

1.HR Operations & Administration

·        Support the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training & development, performance management, and employee welfare.

·        Coordinate interview scheduling and liaise with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth hiring processes.

·        Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (e.g. personal files, attendance, leave, medical claims).

·        Assist in drafting and maintaining HR policies, SOPs, and documentation.

·        Support employee engagement initiatives such as surveys and feedback collection.

·        Assist in handling employee queries, workplace issues, and basic disciplinary matters where required.

·        Liaise with government authorities and statutory bodies, and support HR reporting.

·        Coordinate training programs including vendor liaison, logistics, and tracking participation.

2. Office Administration

·        Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including maintenance and vendor coordination.

·        Manage office supplies, pantry, and stationery to ensure adequate stock levels.

·        Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodation) for employees and management.

·        Assist with IT coordination (e.g. liaising with vendors for basic troubleshooting).

·        Support company events, lunches, and employee welfare activities.

·        Perform ad hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

·        Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

·        1–2 years of relevant experience preferred (fresh graduates are welcome).

·        Strong organisational and communication skills.

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

·        Able to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
