Job Summary

Lead asset management operations and ensure regulatory compliance for a multi-million dollar commercial property portfolio. Drive strategic optimization, manage tenant relations, oversee financial operations, and mitigate operational risks.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee long-term optimization and maintenance of the company’s multi-million dollar commercial property portfolio in Singapore to maximize asset value
  • Directly manage and execute statutory compliance activities mandated by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), including Periodic Structural Inspection (PSI) and structural safety frameworks
  • Administer commercial tenancy agreements, lead renewal negotiations, and maintain strong corporate relations with premium commercial tenants
  • Manage corporate banking operations, optimize cash flow, and oversee credit and financing facilities with tier-1 banks
  • Oversee day-to-day property maintenance, resolve inter-property infrastructural disputes such as water leakages and building management coordination
  • Mitigate corporate liabilities through proactive operational risk management and crisis intervention

Required competencies and certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from a reputable university
  • Proven experience in asset management, corporate financing setup, or managing high-value corporate operations
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Singapore statutory frameworks including BCA compliance and tenancy law
  • Exceptional negotiation skills to manage high-stakes tenant disputes and asset-level structural incidents

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Proficiency in Korean language to facilitate effective communication and coordination with Korean-speaking stakeholders, key investors, and corporate partners
