Your Role on Our Journey
The Operations Associate plays a critical role in ensuring that daily business functions run smoothly and efficiently across fleet maintenance, customer service, aftersales, and teamwork. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will work cross-functionally with sales, workshop, and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.
Your Day-to-Day Adventures
Support vehicle maintenance, inspection and upkeeping processes prior to customer delivery or deployment.
Track and manage vehicle reconditioning or service needs (detailing, mechanical checks, recalls, etc.)
Help monitor vehicle performance, warranty status, or fleet utilization using internal systems.
Ensure compliance with LTA, safety, and company vehicle-handling policies.
Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and reduce delays or costs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and client satisfaction.
