岗位职责

  • Supervise and coordinate M&E works on construction sites, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
  • Monitor site progress and ensure M&E installations are completed according to project schedule and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of M&E works.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, safety practices, and compliance with approved method statements.
  • Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and inspection records.
  • Assist in resolving technical issues and coordination conflicts between architectural, structural, and M&E works.
  • Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations on site.
    The requirements for this position often include:
  • 5-8 years of experience in the M&E field.
  • Strong leadership skills and management competencies.
  • Strategic & critical thinking, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills, including communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Time management and meticulousness in work.
