Supervise and coordinate M&E works on construction sites, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Monitor site progress and ensure M&E installations are completed according to project schedule and quality standards.
Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of M&E works.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, safety practices, and compliance with approved method statements.
Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and inspection records.
Assist in resolving technical issues and coordination conflicts between architectural, structural, and M&E works.
