Key Responsibilities:

1. Invoice Management: Process incoming invoices, prepare and dispatch invoices to clients, and ensure timely follow-up on overdue payments.
2. Accounts Payable (AP) Preparation: Handle the preparation and management of accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate payment to suppliers and vendors.
3. Accounts Receivable (AR): Handle the AR, send monthly SOA and follow up.
4. Audit Cooperation: Collaborate seamlessly with external auditors during financial audits, ensuring all required financial records are available and transparent.
5. Bank Reconciliation: Ensure bank reconciliation is up to date with accuracy.
6. Ad-hoc accounting duties assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. A recognised diploma or degree in Accountancy or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on accounting experience, with a preference for those familiar with the MedTech or analogous sectors.
3. Proficiency in renowned accounting software, Xero, ERP and the Microsoft Office Suite.
4. A robust understanding of Singapore's accounting standards and regulatory landscape.
5. An eye for detail complemented by exemplary analytical abilities.
6. Stellar communication skills and an intrinsic ability to work collaboratively.

Working Hours: Monday to Wednesday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
