Job Description

1. Create Production Routing with details Process Flow and Inspection Report to comply with customer specification.
2. Ensure engineering documentation are maintained/organized in proper order/control.
3. Sketch / generate SolidWorks drawings with geometric tolerancing.
4. Co-ordinate and liaise with vendor or supplier for tooling quotation.
5. Assist Production, Engineering Manager & Programmer to design, fabricate & sourcing for special tooling/ fixture.
6. Evaluating processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement, assessing existing processes creating process ideas to improve production efficiency.
7. Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by immediate superior or management.

Qualifications/Skills:

1. Excellent analytical and math skills
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
3. Strong attention to detail
4. Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems
5. Proficient with Microsoft Office , especially Excel
6. Basic knowledge of CAD and Solidworks or any other CAD software.
7. 5 days work week - 8.00am to 5.45pm
