• Preparing and processing sales orders, invoices, delivery orders and quotation.

• Maintaining customer records in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) or sales databases

• Coordinating communication between the sales team and other departments (e.g., accounts and warehouse)

• Supporting onboarding of new sales team members

• Acting as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, pricing, delivery, etc.

• Following up with clients on order status and satisfaction

• Ensuring timely delivery of products or services

• Updating sales content and documents

Requirement

• Outgoing and persistent personality

• Excellent phone manner.

• Basic computer skills - Microsoft word / Excel / Power point and etc.

• Good communication skills , outgoing, friendly, hardworking, independent without supervision.
