Job Responsibilities

·      Plan and coordinate daily logistics, trucking, and delivery operations.

·      Schedule and monitor vehicle, driver, and container movements.

·      Liaise with customers, transporters, freight forwarders, warehouses, and drivers.

·      Prepare and maintain accurate transport and shipping documentation.

·      Provide timely shipment and delivery updates to customers.

·      Resolve operational delays, delivery issues, and documentation discrepancies.

·      Monitor transport costs, service performance, and operational efficiency.

·      Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management in support of logistics and transport operations.

Job Requirements

·      Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business Administration or a related field.

·      Relevant experience in logistics, trucking, container transport or delivery operations is preferred.

·      Familiar with vehicle scheduling, driver coordination and transport documentation.

·      Good communication and coordination skills.

·      Able to liaise effectively with customers, drivers, transporters, warehouses and freight forwarders.

·      Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond promptly to operational issues.

·      Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks independently.

·      Detail-oriented with good record-keeping and documentation skills.

·      Willing to work beyond normal working hours when operationally required.
