Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote F&B products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Establish and maintain a strong brand presence through consistent messaging and visuals.
• Create annual and seasonal marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Manage social media platforms to enhance brand awareness.
• Plan and execute seasonal promotions, holiday specials, and loyalty programs.
• Develop marketing materials, including menus, posters, flyers, and email campaigns.
• Handle customer engagement, responding to reviews and social media comments.
• Analyze customer feedback and reviews to enhance marketing strategies and improve services.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional offers and upselling strategies
• Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to align marketing efforts with product offerings.

Marketing Manager Requirements:

• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and brand-building efforts.
• Experience managing social media platforms, digital advertising
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills to work with chefs, managers, and external partners.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset to adapt marketing strategies based on performance data
