Duties:

• Manage the end-to-end administration of training programmes, including formal education, conferences, courses and corporate learning initiatives.
• Process training requests, obtain the necessary approvals, and liaise with departments and employees to coordinate training enrolments.
• Monitor training budgets, process payments and maintain accurate training records.
• Coordinate training logistics and provide administrative support for learning and development activities.
• Maintain and update training databases, records and documentation.
• Compile training statistics, evaluation reports and learning metrics for reporting purposes.
• Process training grant applications and support grant claims and recoveries.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of learning and development initiatives as required.

Requirements:

• Min Dip in Human Resources or any relevant qualifications
