Job Summary
As a Human Resource Executive at Cleanhub Facility, you will manage recruitment, employee relations, HR compliance, and payroll support to strengthen HR operations and support workforce growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding to attract and retain talent
- Prepare and issue employment contracts, appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other HR documentation accurately and timely
- Maintain employee personal files and HR records in compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations to ensure legal adherence
- Coordinate work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations to support foreign employee compliance
- Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes to facilitate smooth workforce transitions
- Monitor staff attendance, leave records, overtime, and disciplinary matters to maintain accurate workforce data and compliance
- Support payroll preparation by verifying attendance and HR records for accuracy and completeness
- Conduct employee orientation sessions to communicate company policies, Code of Conduct, and workplace procedures effectively
- Assist in performance management, probation reviews, and employee development initiatives to support talent growth
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and company HR policies to uphold legal and ethical standards
- Handle employee enquiries professionally while maintaining confidentiality to foster trust and engagement
- Organise staff welfare activities and employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture
- Assist management in implementing HR systems, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process improvements to enhance HR efficiency
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by management to support overall HR functions
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition skills to identify and secure suitable candidates
- Employee Relations expertise to manage workplace interactions and resolve issues
- HR Administration experience to maintain accurate records and documentation
- Payroll Coordination knowledge to assist payroll processing
- MOM Work Pass Administration familiarity to manage foreign employee compliance
- HR Information Systems (HRIS) proficiency to support digital HR operations
- Performance Management understanding to assist in employee evaluations
- Employment Law knowledge to ensure regulatory compliance
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data management and reporting
- Documentation Management capabilities to organise and maintain HR records
