Job Summary

Lead and supervise construction teams to ensure timely project completion while maintaining compliance with safety protocols and electrical codes. Coordinate with clients and contractors to facilitate smooth site operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise construction teams to achieve project milestones and maintain high work standards
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to ensure timely completion
• Enforce compliance with safety protocols and provide training to enhance team safety awareness
• Ensure all electrical installation work adheres to relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Prepare and submit detailed monthly site progress reports to track project status
• Attend site meetings to coordinate activities and resolve issues for smooth project execution
• Communicate effectively with clients and contractors to arrange site inspections and address concerns

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the building construction industry
• Experience in building construction works

Preferred competencies and qualifications

* Degree or Diploma in a relevant field
