Position Title: Accounts Executive (Full Set)
Working Location: Pioneer Road (Walking Distance from Tuas Crescent MRT)
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Incentive + VB + Medical & Dental Benefits
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Handle full-set accounts, cash transactions, payments and outstanding balances.
Perform bank and intercompany reconciliations, fixed assets and closing activities.
Prepare financial, management and profitability reports.
Support audits, tax filings and statutory compliance.
Process payroll, CPF, staff claims and reimbursements.
Liaise with stakeholders and perform general administrative duties.

Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related field.
Experience in full-set accounts, closing, reporting, payroll, tax and audit support.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Knowledge of Singapore accounting and statutory requirements.
Logistics or import-duty accounting experience is advantageous.
Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
Relevant transferable accounting experience may be considered.
