We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive / Accounts & Administration to join our team. If you're organised, responsible, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), payroll, and credit control.
• Perform bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare invoices and verify supplier invoices.
• Enter financial transactions into the company's accounting system.
• Assist with HR and administrative duties.
• Provide general office administration support.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident only.
• Experience in handling full sets of accounts.
• Good knowledge of bookkeeping, AR, AP, payroll, and credit control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
• Responsible, organised, and able to work independently.
• Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
Lunch Break: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
