- You don’t need to be a technical expert, but you must believe in the power of Digital Export. . You understand that the internet is the current reality and primary driver of global trade..
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required. The ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese is a significant advantage for the SME market.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach high-potential Malaysian manufacturers and traders (e.g., F&B, Industrial, Furniture) who have the capacity to export but lack a digital presence.
- Conduct professional presentations to business owners, demonstrating how ************* and digital marketing platforms can connect them to global B2B buyers.
- Drive sales conversations focused on long-term business growth, profit, and return on investment (ROI) rather than just marketing costs.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline from the initial coffee chat or cold visit, through contract negotiation, up to closing the deal.
- Act as a trusted "Global Growth Partner" and outsourced expert for clients, ensuring smooth handoff to the technical delivery team
