Job Description

Recruit123 is a Singapore-based recruitment technology company building a smarter, AI-powered way to connect talent with opportunity. We are looking for a Recruiter with CEI certification to join our team. The successful candidate will combine human judgment with our proprietary recruitment technology to deliver faster, more cost-efficient hiring solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using Recruit123's AI-powered recruitment platform
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for client roles
• Advise clients on manpower needs and talent acquisition strategies
• Ensure compliance with Singapore's Employment Agencies Act and the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)
• Maintain accurate records of placements and candidate pipelines
• Represent Recruit123 professionally in all dealings with clients and candidates

Requirements

• CEI Certification (Basic or Advanced) is mandatory
• Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR advisory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with ATS systems, CV parsing tools, and AI-driven recruitment workflows
• Ability to balance speed of delivery with regulatory compliance and candidate care
