Location: Kapar, Selangor

Southern Realty (Malaya) Sdn Bhd invites high caliber Malaysians to join its Mill located in Kapar, Selangor, job entails to Assist Engineer to ensure compliance with all Company operating policies, procedures, and standing instructions.

• Assist in supervising the operation and maintenance of mill machinery and equipment.

• Plan and monitor preventive maintenance for mechanical and electrical equipment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve machinery breakdowns to minimize production downtime.

• Assist in monitoring boiler, turbine, sterilizer, press, and other mill processing equipment.

• Ensure maintenance work is carried out according to safety procedures and company standards.

• Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate with the store for equipment requirements.

• Prepare maintenance reports, work schedules, and technical documentation.

• Support improvement projects to increase efficiency and productivity of the mill.

• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth mill operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in palm oil mill or heavy industry is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of palm oil mill processes and machinery.

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a mill environment and handle operational challenges.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
