Location: 81200, Johor Bahru, Malaysia

Internship Duration: 3 – 12 months

Internship Allowance: RM600 – RM900 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our growing team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, HR operations, administration, and business development. If you are eager to gain real-world HR experience while developing your communication and networking skills, we'd love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.

  • Support employee onboarding and HR documentation.

  • Coordinate interview arrangements and communicate professionally with candidates.

  • Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and reports.

  • Provide administrative support for daily HR operations.

  • Contribute to business development initiatives by building partnerships with universities, colleges, and training institutions to source internship and graduate talent.

  • Contribute to business development by identifying and establishing partnerships with potential clients, organizations, and industry stakeholders to expand the company's business opportunities and market reach.

  • Assist in employer branding initiatives, job postings, career fairs, networking events, and recruitment campaigns.

  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Available for an internship of 3 to 12 months.

  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.

  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
