We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Executive to oversee daily manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth production processes, maintaining product quality, and meeting delivery timelines. The ideal candidate will lead the production team, improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with safety and GMP standards while supporting overall business goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and monitor daily production to meet targets and deadlines.

• Ensure product quality complies with company standards and GMP requirements.

• Supervise and lead production staff, including training and performance monitoring.

• Improve production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

• Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.

• Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to maintain stock levels.

• Prepare and maintain production reports and records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations, or any related field.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently and under pressure.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous to effectively liaise with specific stakeholders.
