  • Nurture Talent and Careers: Identify the skills needed to meet business objectives and actively develop your staff's capabilities, helping them map out and achieve their long-term career goals.

  • Establish Strategic Goals: Collaborate with the operations teams to set annual performance objectives, ensuring team results align perfectly with our global shared services goals.

  • Champion Governance and Compliance: Ensure all business activities adhere strictly to internal financial reporting controls, corporate policies, local statutory legal requirements, and high ethical standards.

  • Optimize Documentation and Processes: Maintain up-to-date work documentation and process flows, resolving operational issues or conflicts proactively through constructive feedback.

Who You Are

You are an experienced finance professional and an empathetic leader who excels at motivating teams, managing performance metrics, and defining robust operational procedures in a complex corporate landscape.

Your Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: You hold a Degree, Diploma, or equivalent professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.

  • Professional Experience: You bring a minimum of 5 years of working experience in corporate finance, with a strong emphasis on general accounting and management accounting.

  • People Leadership: You possess at least 3 - 5 years of experience managing, leading, and developing high-performing accounting or finance teams.

  • Industry Context: Experience working within a global shared services center (SSC) or business process outsourcing (BPO) environment is highly preferred.

  • Systems and Technical Savvy: You have strong working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) accounting systems (such as SAP) alongside advanced proficiency in standard business tools (MS Office/Google Workspace).

  • Communication & Analytical Strength: You possess exceptional presentation, analytical, and communication skills, with absolute professional fluency in English.
