Job Description

• Gather and analyse requirements by engaging stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, processes and desired outcomes.
• Translate business needs into clear documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, workflows and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and process mapping to define current-state and future-state processes, identify gaps and support solution alignment.
• Work closely with product, technical and delivery teams to clarify requirements, support solution design and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
• Coordinate UAT and delivery support, including test scenario preparation, issue tracking, business validation, go-live readiness and post-implementation support.
  
  

Qualifications

• Business Analysis, Agile/Scrum, Product Owner, Lean Six Sigma, or data/AI-related certifications would be advantageous.
• Experience in business analysis, systems analysis, product/platform delivery, or digital-transformation projects.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, process mapping, user-story writing, and UAT coordination.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements, system requirements, workflows, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
• Good analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively between business and technical teams.
• Exposure to digital, data, automation, AI, or enterprise business systems projects would be an added advantage.
• Degree or Diploma in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Digital Technology, or a related discipline.
