SUMMARY OF POSITION

Working under Direct Superior, assisting in Account Receivable/Finance.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clear customer claims in accounting system after receiving approval from Sales Manager.

• Provide credit note to customers.

• Filling payment vouchers.

• Knock off payment received from customers.

REQUIREMENTS

REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCES: -

• Self-motivation and willingness to take on new challenges.

• Strong work ethic and critical time management to meet deadlines.

• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.

• No work experience required.
