Assisting Project Manager to coordinate and supervise construction activities at project site. 

Able to study drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project requirement

Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.

To ensure projects meets the stipulated quality requirements by closely monitoring, highlight problem or defects and supervising the work of the worker/subcontractor.

Maintains safe and clean working environment on procedures, rules and regulations.

Preparing the necessary paperwork or project related documentation regarding construction site/activities.

Supervise subcontractors and workers with the objective of completing the project on time as well as meets the quality and profitability of the project as according to specification.

Assist Project Coordinator in the planning of manpower and other resources to ensure maximum distribution of work and minimize disruption to work progress.

Coordination of sub-contractors' works and their resource including workers and machinery at the site.
