Responsibilities

Overview:

The Marketing Intern will support the firm’s branding, recruitment marketing, social media content creation, internal communication, and event-related activities, contributing to the visibility of Morison LC and the strengthening of our firm culture.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media & Digital Content

• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling posts across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok).

• Develop recruitment-focused content highlighting career opportunities and firm culture.

• Produce creative content (photos, videos, reels, captions) aligned with brand guidelines.

• Support content collection during events.


2. Branding & External Awareness

• Assist in preparing branding materials for outreach, university events, and recruitment drives.

• Conduct research on market trends and competitor branding.

• Support development of brochures, posters, slides, and other marketing visuals.


3. Internal Communication & Culture Building

• Assist in internal communication materials (newsletters, staff spotlight, announcements).

• Support HR and Corporate Affairs with staff bonding and culture initiatives.

• Contribute creative ideas to strengthen internal engagement.


4. Marketing Collaterals & Merchandise Development

• Conduct research on corporate merchandise (notebooks, pens, pouches, door gifts, uniforms, etc.).

• Source and compare vendors and prepare summaries.

• Propose creative concepts aligned with Morison LC branding.


5. Event Support

• Assist in preparing marketing materials and logistics for internal/external events.

• Provide on-site support for university fairs, talks, seminars, and corporate activities.

• Assist with photography, videography, and event coordination tasks.


6. Administrative & Coordination Duties

• Maintain content calendars, marketing folders, and design assets.

• Prepare simple reports and documentation.

• Assist in coordinating with departments and external vendors.


Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field.

• Passionate about digital marketing, social media, branding, content creation and event management.

• Creative with basic knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut).

• Good written and communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced professional environment.

• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with the team.

• Prior experience in social media, content creation, or event support is an added advantage.
