CoinWorldCap is a Web3 data and information platform that helps users discover, understand, and evaluate crypto assets, projects, market trends, and industry developments.We are building a more personalized crypto information experience by combining market data, trending topics, project information, community activity, and user preferences.

As we enter our next stage of growth, we are looking for a Head of User Growth who can take full ownership of user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and brand visibility.

Responsibilities

· Develop and execute CoinWorldCap’s overall user growth strategy across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation. Plan and execute integrated growth campaigns through PR, content marketing, social media, community operations, partnerships, SEO and product-led growth.

· Monitor crypto market trends, user discussions, trending tokens, and industry narratives, and quickly turn them into campaigns, content, partnerships, or product opportunities. Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to understand user needs, pain points, content preferences, and retention drivers.

· Develop SEO and content distribution strategies to increase organic traffic and brand search volume. Establish and track growth metrics, including traffic sources, user acquisition cost, conversion rate, activation rate, retention, engagement, campaign performance, and partnership ROI.

· Design and run A/B tests and growth experiments to improve conversion, engagement, and retention.

· Explore user growth opportunities with AI agents, Web3 applications, developers, exchanges, wallets, and other crypto platforms.

· Take ownership of growth initiatives from strategy and planning through execution, measurement, and optimization.

· Work closely with product, engineering, design, content, and business development teams to launch growth features and improve the user journey.

Requirements

· 2 to 3 years of experience in user growth, growth marketing, or digital growth within the crypto, Web3, blockchain, fintech, financial data, or market intelligence industry.

· Strong understanding of crypto users, market behavior, industry narratives, community culture, and current growth channels. Proven experience growing website traffic, active users, registered users, engagement, retention, or brand awareness.

· Hands-on experience with PR, content marketing, social media growth, community operations, partnerships, SEO, and growth campaigns.

· Experience managing platforms such as X, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, and LinkedIn. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Similarweb, or similar analytics platforms.

· English communication, writing, and storytelling skills.

· Analytical skills and the ability to make decisions based on user behavior and growth data.

· Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience at a crypto data, market intelligence, trading analytics or information service platform is strongly preferred, including: CoinMarketCap, CoinGecko, DEXTools, Dexscreener, CryptoRank, DefiLlama, Messari, DappRadar, TradingView and Similar crypto data, research, analytics, media, or information platforms
