Excel Herbal Industries Sdn. Bhd. is an established OEM manufacturer specialising in health supplements, herbal products, functional foods and nutraceuticals. We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities, manage customer relationships and promote our OEM and private-label manufacturing services.

Key responsibilities include identifying and approaching potential customers such as brand owners, pharmacies, distributors, healthcare professionals, retailers and e-commerce sellers. The candidate will conduct sales presentations, understand customer product requirements, recommend suitable formulations, prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries until orders are confirmed.

The Sales Executive will coordinate closely with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Production, QA/QC, Purchasing, Artwork and Finance to ensure smooth project execution. Responsibilities also include monitoring product samples, packaging artwork, production schedules, deliveries, repeat orders and customer feedback. The candidate must maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, manage the sales pipeline and achieve monthly and annual targets.

Applicants should possess a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Nutrition, Food Science, Pharmacy or a related field. Sales experience in supplements, pharmaceuticals, food manufacturing or OEM services is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills are required. Candidates must be proactive, organised, target-driven, possess their own transport and be willing to travel for business meetings nationwide.
