About the Role:
We are looking for a meticulous and trustworthy Treasury Executive to handle our overseas banking operations. This role is critical in managing hardware security tokens (U-keys) for international bank accounts and executing initial payments and advance payments to overseas partners. You will ensure that all cross-border transactions are processed accurately, securely, and in compliance with internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safeguard and manage overseas bank U-keys (hardware tokens) for multiple accounts, ensuring they are stored and used securely.

• Process initial payments, advance payments, and recurring overseas vendor payments via online banking platforms.

• Verify payment instructions against supporting documents and obtain necessary approvals.

• Perform daily bank reconciliations and monitor foreign exchange rates to optimise payment timing.

• Liaise with overseas banks to resolve payment issues, provide documentation, and handle queries.

• Maintain detailed records of all transactions and prepare monthly payment reports.

• Assist in improving internal controls and payment processes.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of working experience in treasury, payment processing, or accounts payable, preferably with cross-border exposure.

• Familiar with online banking systems and hardware security tokens (U-keys).

• Experience with SWIFT/telegraphic transfers and understanding of foreign exchange.

• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information.

• Good command of English and Mandarin (to communicate with overseas banks and internal stakeholders).

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
