Job Description

• Conduct sourcing, evaluate and select new supplier

• Communicate and maintain good relationship with suppliers

• Planning & Monitoring of shipment schedule

• To review, control and monitor stock inventory in order to avoid zero stock and excess stock situation

• Coordinate import & export shipments – Sea freight & Air freight

• Liaise with carriers for the Quotation/booking confirmation

• Follow-up on the shipping documents and submit for clearance

• To handle & troubleshoot any issue related to shipments independently.

• Knowledge of procurement practices, import/export regulations, and logistics management

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Logistic/Supply Chain Management or any other equivalent

• Must have experience in FMCG Industry

• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field

• Required Skill(s): Team Player, Multi-tasking, Time Management, Communication, People Management

• Apart from proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English proficiency in a third language is an advantage as the role requires direct communication with international mainly China's clients.
