About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at Sanyeong Agricultural Solutions Sdn Bhd. This full-time position is based in Alor Setar, Kedah and will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales and marketing initiatives.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote the company's range of agricultural products and solutions

• Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through proactive outreach, lead generation, and relationship building

• Delivering effective sales presentations and demonstrations to potential customers

• Providing excellent customer service and support to maintain strong client relationships

• Collaborating with the marketing team to create and implement targeted advertising and promotional campaigns

• Monitoring market trends and customer feedback to identify new growth opportunities

• Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

• Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and performance

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales and/or marketing role, preferably in the agricultural or similar industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders

• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of closing sales

• Demonstrable knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, including digital marketing and social media

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to use CRM and sales reporting tools

• A self-motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field, such as business, marketing, or agricultural sciences
