Handle external & internal customers enquiries in a timely manner.

Handle daily project follow up & quotation & project costing

Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc jobs / projects as and when required by the management from time to time.

Prepare proposals and project tender documentation for customers and actively follows up on the progress.

Update local/regional team on outstanding inquiries and facilitate internal discussions to optimize customer proposals in terms of price, delivery, and quality.

Liaise with regional sales support back office.

Be a vocal point to suppliers and negotiate on beneficial terms for supply of material.
