Responsibilities

Hong Leong Bank is seeking a strategic Manager of Operational Excellence to drive multi-year transformation across regional markets. You will blend process re-engineering with AI automation to optimize banking operations, reduce costs, and improve customer experience, reporting to the Head of Operational Excellence.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in financial process improvement, strong skills in data analysis, and proficiency in PowerPoint/Excel, Tableau, Looker, and PowerBI.
