- Conduct all background screening on candidate, initiate & follow up on reference check
- Ensure completeness of documentation for each candidate
- Resolve 1st level discrepancies between applicants declared information and results from screening checks
- Liaise with candidates, hiring manager and internal stakeholders on all matters relating to the recruitment of the candidate
- Run through document validity check before sending for final review
- Tracking of Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Any other projects or tasks as assigned
- Diploma in any discipline
- Experience in distribution support is an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Highly organized, focused and able to work under tight timelines and pressure
- Self-motivated and independent worker
- Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
- Good communication skills
- Team player
