We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of digital transformation and technology projects. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality solutions while ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and digital projects from planning through implementation and support.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and project governance.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including business users, developers, architects, QA, infrastructure, security, and vendors.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, project status updates, workshops, and Agile ceremonies.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Oversee vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Support business requirements gathering, solution planning, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post-implementation activities.
- Maintain project documentation, dashboards, reports, RAID logs, and governance artefacts.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and project governance frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement across project delivery, operational processes, and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience delivering ICT or digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience managing Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar.

Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, ITIL, or CITPM are highly preferred.
Pay: $7,000.00 - $10,500.00 per month
