About the Role
Requirements
We are seeking an experienced M&A professional to lead the execution of strategic acquisitions, investments, joint ventures and divestments across a diversified regional portfolio. Reporting to the Chief Investment Officer, you will work closely with business leaders to structure and execute transactions that support the Group's long-term growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end execution of acquisitions, strategic investments, joint ventures and divestments.
- Evaluate investment opportunities, develop valuation models and recommend optimal transaction structures.
- Lead financial, commercial and legal due diligence, working with internal stakeholders and external advisers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and transaction documentation through to signing and completion.
- Develop value creation and integration plans to support successful post-acquisition execution.
- Partner with business leaders across multiple markets to deliver strategic growth initiatives.
- Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline.
- Min 12-15 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development or Transaction Advisory.
- Proven track record leading and closing cross-border M&A transactions.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation and transaction structuring capabilities.
- Experience managing complex negotiations and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Regional transaction experience across Asia is highly preferred.
