Responsibilities

Position: Senior Software Developer (Oracle PL/SQL)

Employment Type: Permanent

Location: Changi

Working Arrangement: Onsite, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)

Working Hours in SG time: 9AM - 6PM

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer (Oracle PL/SQL) to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise database solutions. You will provide technical leadership, drive high-quality software delivery, and leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Oracle PL/SQL, including stored procedures, packages, and triggers.
  • Lead technical delivery, code reviews, and development best practices while mentoring team members.
  • Optimize SQL queries, enhance database performance, and support data modeling and database design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions, troubleshoot production issues, and provide technical support.
  • Utilize AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software delivery and improve code quality.
  • Manage project progress, technical governance, and CI/CD processes to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Qualifications

  • Extensive IT experience, with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL development.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL performance tuning, query optimization, and database design.
  • Experience working in Unix/Linux environments, including Shell scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and API integration or middleware is an advantage.
  • Proven experience leading technical teams, mentoring developers, and managing enterprise application delivery.
  • Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Payments, or Regulatory Reporting is preferred.

Pay: $6,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Oracle PL/SQL: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
