Job Description
Responsibilities
We are the manager of Sunlight REIT listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong and a wholly owned subsidiary of Henderson Land Development Co. Ltd. Applications are invited for the following positions:
Talent Specifications:
Degree / holder in Environmental Management, Sustainability or relevant discipline(s)
Knowledge of HKEX ESG Reporting Code, GRI, AA1000 and related standards/ requirements, as well as practical experience in ESG reporting
Proven track record in managing corporate sustainability benchmarking and green building certification.
At least 4 years of experience in sustainability management/ consultancy, preferably in the real estate sector
Job Specifications:
To support the ESG Committee in implementing sustainability strategies by coordinating related tasks, tracking progress, and assisting with documentation and updates.
To support ESG reporting by coordinating with relevant parties to gather required information and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
To coordinate ESG data collection and maintain data records for reporting and disclosure, and implement various sustainability practices
To liaise with consultants on various initiatives and submissions relating to corporate sustainability benchmarking and green building certification, etc.
To follow up with any work relating to sustainability as and when required
