Job Responsibilities

In this position, you will:
  • Oversee procurement management: Manage the full procurement lifecycle, including tender management and evaluation, purchase order approval, contract review, risk assessment, and contract execution, in compliance with company policies, compliance rules, and industry regulations.
  • Lead vendor negotiations: Conduct high‑level commercial negotiations with strategic vendors on pricing, payment terms, cooperation clauses, after‑sales liability, and long‑term framework agreements.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally: Work closely with business, technical, finance, and operations teams to align demands, design procurement strategies, and optimize contracting approaches.
  • Implement sourcing strategies: Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans, build high‑quality vendor pools, optimize vendor structures, and strengthen supply chain resilience.
  • Drive cost‑saving initiatives: Lead cross‑departmental projects to meet annual cost‑control targets, achieve sustainable savings, and manage overall procurement expenditure.
  • Prepare performance reports: Compile procurement performance analyses, supply chain trend reports, and budget execution summaries for senior leadership.
  • Enhance vendor appraisal: Improve standardized vendor evaluation systems, conduct assessments and grading, optimize relationships, and refine service workflows based on internal feedback.
  • Coach procurement teams: Lead and mentor a designated sub‑team, assign daily tasks, ensure compliance, build capabilities, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Support risk and audit management: Assist with budget oversight, supply chain risk control, audit coordination, and process optimization.

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Candidates with experience in CT/IT/DT (Communication, Information & Data Technology) industries are highly preferred.
  • At least 8 years of procurement experience, including 3+ years at the managerial level.
  • Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle management, tendering compliance, and commercial risk mitigation.
  • Familiarity with mainstream ERP procurement modules and digital procurement systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel data analysis, dashboard creation, and management‑level PowerPoint preparation.
  • Strong cross‑departmental communication, vendor negotiation, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities, with a proactive and results‑driven attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
