Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Business Solutions Engineering to lead DevSecOps, software delivery automation, and engineering excellence across APAC.

Operating within an Azure cloud environment and leveraging GitHub Enterprise, this role will establish and govern modern solutions engineering practices, CI/CD automation, application lifecycle management, Agile delivery practices, and AI-assisted development capabilities across business applications, automation solutions, integrations, ERP platforms, and AI-powered solutions.

The role will focus on improving how solutions are developed, tested, secured, released, and operated through standardized engineering practices, automation, reusable frameworks, and strong governance. The successful candidate will partner with regional and global IT teams across cybersecurity, cloud, data, AI, ERP, and application domains to ensure solutions are delivered consistently, securely, and at enterprise scale using modern engineering best practices.

This is a regional role focused on building the engineering foundation, standards, governance, and automation capabilities required to support modern solution delivery.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of relevant experience including 2 years or more on team supervision.

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree.

• Proven experience managing enterprise‑scale data engineering and intelligent automation solutions within an IT organization.

• Experience leading solutions engineering, DevOps, DevSecOps, engineering enablement, Agile delivery, or technical delivery governance functions.

• Strong understanding of SDLC governance, CI/CD, DevSecOps, Agile methodologies, and modern engineering best practices.

• Hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise or equivalent source code management platforms.

• Experience implementing automated testing, deployment automation, release governance, and engineering controls.

• Experience working within Microsoft Azure cloud environments and supporting software delivery across cloud, ERP, web, integration, and enterprise application platforms.

• Strong understanding of application security, quality controls, and release management.

Preferred Capabilities

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar solutions.

• Understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code concepts and automation tooling.

• Knowledge of SQL Server, database modernization initiatives, or enterprise data platforms such as Databricks.

• Exposure to SAP, web, cloud, integration, or enterprise application delivery environments.

• Exposure to Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or intelligent automation technologies.

• Azure, GitHub, DevOps, Security, Architecture, Agile, or Scrum-related certifications.
